From M6

1. Leave the M6 at junction 15 (signposted Stoke on Trent), then at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Queensway - A500 (signposted Stoke-on-Trent, Stone, Uttoxeter), entering Newcastle-under-Lyme and entering Stoke on Trent.
   
2. Branch left (signposted Uttoxeter, Derby A50), then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A50 (signposted Uttoxeter, Derby).
   
3. Leave the A50 at junction 6 (signposted Burton-upon-Trent), then merge onto the A511.
   
4. You should follow the A511 through Hatton and Tutbury, entering Burton on Trent via Tutbury Road – A511.
   
5. At Derby Turn roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Horninglow Street - A511 (signposted Leicester).
   
6. After about a mile, Clay House is to be found on the right hand side of the road, next to Minuteman Press.

From M1

1. Leave the M1 at junction 28 (signposted Derby, Matlock), then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A38 (signposted Matlock).
   
2. You should follow the A38 for 24 miles, until you reach Clay Mills Junction. Here you should branch left (signposted Burton, Clay Mills), then merge onto the A5121.
   
3. At Derby Turn roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Horninglow Street - A511 (sign-posted Leicester).
   
4. After about a mile, Clay House is to be found on the right hand side of the road, next to Minuteman Press.
