The Recruitment
Process
Throughout
the process we will provide you with a thoroughly professional and
personal service. You will be given one point of contact to liaise
with on all matters.
Pre-interview
First
and foremost in importance, is to take a detailed job description
and candidate description from you. We will ask you specific questions
to better help us identify the type of candidate you are looking
for. Then will agree a time frame with you in which you want to
complete the recruitment process.
Next
we will cross-match your requirements with the skills and wants
of our database candidates and network for referrals and recommendations
(Our database software enables us to quickly and accurately identify
candidates who would be of interest to you). We will then proceed
to contact these candidates to confirm their interest in the position
available and re-interview them as to their suitability and availability.
We
come back to you with our shortlist of candidates that meet your
requirements within a pre-agreed time frame. We will not put candidates
forward unless we have fully briefed them regarding the role first.
Interview
Process
Working
with you we arrange first interviews, ensuring both candidates
and client are aware of who, where and when they are meeting.
We contact all candidates after their interviews to get feedback,
which we pass on to you. We will also ask you for your feedback
on each candidate.
This
process is continued through all interview stages until an offer
is made to a candidate. Throughout the process we maintain contact
with client and candidates on a regular basis.
Post-interview
When
an offer is ready to be made, we will manage the whole process.
We work with candidates to ensure they are prepared to start their
new job and they have tended their resignation properly. We work
with the client to keep them informed of the candidate’s
progress.
We
don’t sign off until the day the candidate starts with you.
Even then we like to contact you to get feedback on our own performance.
Database
Search
This
is a “No Placement, No Fee”
recruitment service and can also be the quickest way to fill your
vacancies.
We
match your requirements to the skills and wants of our extensive
pre-screened database of nationwide field sales candidates (Our
database software enables us to quickly and accurately identify
candidates who would be of interest to you). We also network for
referrals and recommendations. We will then proceed to contact these
candidates to confirm their interest in the position available and
re-interview them as to their suitability and availability.
We

Advertised
Selection
This
is a targeted approach to recruiting that frees you up from what
is a lengthy and time consuming process. It is best suited for multiple
vacancies, specialist or senior management positions.
We
take a detailed job description from you and summarise it for the
purposes of the advert(s). We can provide an anonymous or company
branded advertised selection, depending on your requirements. Advertising
can be done via the internet, in trade, national or local press.
We
manage the advert response and can conduct first interviews for
you. We then come back to you with a shortlist of the most suitable
respondants.
Executive
Search
An
extremely pro-active, confidential and targeted solution, for the
most difficult to fill vacancies.
This
approach is best used where the role to be filled requires a person
with skills that are in extremely short supply or working with our
client to confidentially approach specific candidates.
Recruitment
Outsourcing
A fully
comprehensive service for companies who want to outsource some or
all of their recruitment process.
Working
with you we can employ any one or all of our standard recruitment
processes. On top of this we can conduct first interviews, arrange
the whole interview process for you, provide advice on interview
methods and techniques, compile salary surveys, help you with compiling
job descriptions and manage the whole process.
